Our story

FlowNest Workspace began with a very ordinary problem. Running client work across a spreadsheet, a chat app, a notes tool and an inbox meant the real state of a project only ever existed in someone's head. Deadlines were met through memory and effort rather than structure.

Rather than adding yet another tool to the pile, the goal became reduction: one workspace where a project, its tasks, its files, its client and its history live together. FlowNest Workspace is the result, refined through daily use before it was ever offered to anyone else.

• Structure should be reusable. If you have done a job once, the second time should be faster.
• Interfaces should be calm. Colour is a signal, not decoration.
